We are watching! If you see someone not pick it up, SAY SOMETHING! Point it out! Make it known that it is not to be tolerated or over looked. It gives people the misunderstanding that Dog Owners, as a whole, are unsanitary and disrespectful to personal property.
You do not live in the middle of the woods. Have you ever stepped in a pile of dog waste? It unpleasant, now imagine how someone feels when they step out of their car or house right into a heaping pile of poop!!
