HOW I CAN HELP DOG OWNERS WITH THEIR BUYING OR RENTING PROCESS

I am sure you are all aware of the hassles of renting or buying in Manhattan when you own a dog and it seems to prove more difficult when your dog is over 20 - 40 lbs.

Renting with a dog -

In Manhattan most management companies will say they accept dogs on a case by case basis. This usually means that there are weight and/ or breed restrictions in place. Finding a place to rent with a dog, big or small can prove difficult unless of course you utilize my servicse in finding your next place. I have working relationships and the knowledge necessary to be able to find you and your dog a place to live that you are both comfortable in.

Buying with a dog -

Co-op's are difficult to move into a dog with as if dogs are even allowed they will be interviewed almost as much as you are before being accepted.
I possess the knowledge and resources to present your dog in the most professional way possible.

Condos -

When you buy a condo there is no Co-op board to tell you what kind of dog or how big of a dog you can have. There still may be a few that don't allow your dog but for a lot less than with a Co-op.
